On May 23, 2024, Groupe La Tanière announced the opening of Vieux Carré, its first cocktail bar. The venue occupies the historic Leber house in the heart of Old Quebec: about twenty indoor seats, a terrace overlooking Place de Paris, and a list of cocktails, mocktails and small bites conceived as an extension of the Group's world.
