Vieux Carré is located at 36 ½ rue Saint-Pierre, in the historic Leber house, facing Place de Paris and steps from Place Royale, in the heart of Old Quebec.

The Vieux Carré is a classic cocktail created at the Carousel Bar in New Orleans, in the French Quarter of the same name. It combines rye whiskey, cognac, sweet vermouth, Bénédictine and bitters. That meeting point between French heritage and North America is what gave our bar its name.

We do not offer valet service. Public parking lots and metered spaces are nearby, around Place Royale and the Old Port.
